In the dukedom of Vukraj (Wolf’s Paradise), duke is elected by citizens.
Anthem of the dukedom is changed as soon as it becomes boring.
Greeting of the dukedom is: uhu-u-u.
Holidays of the dukedom: 7.8. and invented birthdays.
It is forbidden to ask: which date, day or hour it is.
At the dining table is forbidden to say ‘enough’ than follows even more food.
Fish is not to be caught by explosive but buy a fork.
In the dukedom, ‘vu’ evaporates and only ‘tu’ stays.
Addressing is only by name.
Every citizen will get a nickname.
Citizen brings book as a present to the dukedom.
When leaving, citizen will ‘forget’: medicines, toilet paper, serviettes, and toys will be given as a present to neighbor’s children.
Citizen brings (for him/herself ) and takes (with him/herself) bed sheets.
Every citizen is taking off shoes before climbing to the tower (first floor).
In the dukedom citizens are sleeping when ever and as much as they want.
Citizen is bringing something new – game, song, proposal for organization of the dukedom, addition to the constitution…
Hospitality is rejected to: illnesses, bad mood, sleeplessness, nervousness, bad appetite…
Citizen-painter will paint something on the walls of the tower.
The constitution is in power until the moment it gets painted over.
