"At no point after the founding of the state were the different groups were asked whether they wanted to live together in common Yugoslav state. In Scandinavia, too, there were struggles as long as efforts persisted to create a common Scandinavian state. Now they are living peacefully side by side, as independent states. I am in favor of the Scandinavianization of the Balkans."
